Eman HerzِAllah is the Founder and General Manager of Zonetechs for Consulting and Training, a specialized platform offering high-impact training and consultancy in Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality systems across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Operating from its main branches in Amman and Baghdad, Zonetechs focuses primarily on the qualification and development of quality systems for pharmaceutical warehouses and companies, ensuring compliance with the highest global standards.

With more than 17 years of experience, Eman is a trusted Quality and GSDP Consultant who has successfully led numerous regulatory and operational projects to improve quality systems and compliance across the supply chain. Her technical expertise includes SOP development, CAPA system design, ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), FDA GMP compliance, and qualification of pharmaceutical equipment and calibration systems.

Eman holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.

Her core competencies span Validation, GMP, FDA regulations, Quality Auditing, GSDP, ISO standards, Calibration, CAPA, GLP, and SOP development. With over 26 endorsements in Validation, she is widely recognized for her ability to design and implement strong quality systems and drive operational excellence in pharmaceutical logistics and manufacturing.
