مذكرة تفاهم مع “التعاونية الأردنية” تمهيدا لشهادة الأيزو

وقعت المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية، اليوم الثلاثاء، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة نطاق الدقة والجودة لإدارة خدمات المشاريع الهندسية (ZONETECHS)، وذلك بهدف تطوير وتحسين أنظمة إدارة الجودة لدى المؤسسة بما يتماشى مع اللوائح العالمية لتحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة للخدمات التي تقدمها.

ووقع المذكرة، مدير عام المؤسسة عبدالفتاح الشلبي، ومدير عام الشركة ايمان حرز الله.

وبموجب ذلك، ستقوم شركة (ZONETECHS) بمنح المؤسسة التعاونية شهادة الأيزو

(9001/2015) ، ولمدة 3 سنوات بموجب العرض الفني والمالي المقدم.

وقال الشلبي إن المؤسسة تسعى من خلال هذه الخطوة الرائدة إلى تطوير قدراتها من خلال هندسة الإجراءات والشروع في رقمنة وأتمتة خدماتها، مشيراً إلى البدء بذلك عبر اتفاقية التعاون المبرمة مع منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO) في هذا المجال.

وأكد أن سعي المؤسسة للحصول على شهادة الأيزو يأتي في سياق عملها الدائم والمستمر لتوفير خدمات فضلى للتعاونيات وأعضاء الحركة التعاونية، معتبراً أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يصب في هذا الجانب.

بدورها، أعربت حرز الله عن اعتزاز شركة (ZONETECHS) بالعمل مع المؤسسة التعاونية من أجل الحصول على شهادة الأيزو (9001/2015)، لافتةً إلى أن ذلك يمكنها من إثبات قدرتها على توفير خدمات تلبي متطلبات متلقيها، والمتطلبات التنظيمية بشكل مستمر.

“Memorandum of Understanding between Jordan Cooperative and ZONETECHS in preparation for ISO certification

On Tuesday, Jordan Cooperative Corporation (JCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ZONETECHS to develop and improve its quality management systems in line with international regulations to achieve the highest quality standards for the services it provides.

The memorandum was signed by Abdelfattah Al Shalabi, Director General of the Corporation, and Iman Harzallah, General Manager of the company. Accordingly, ZONETECHS will grant the Cooperative Institution the ISO 9001/2015 certificate for a period of 3 years according to the technical and financial offer submitted.

Al-Shalabi said that through this pioneering step, the Corporation seeks to develop its capabilities by engineering procedures and embarking on the digitisation and automation of its services, noting that this has been initiated through the cooperation agreement concluded with the International Labour Organization (ILO) in this field.

He that the Corporation endeavour to obtain the ISO certification comes in the context of its permanent and continuous work to provide better services to cooperatives and members of the cooperative movement, adding that the signing of the (MoU) is in line with this aspect. For her part, Harzallah expressed ZONETECHS’ pride in working with the Cooperative Corporation to obtain the ISO (9001/2015) certification, pointing out that this enables it to prove its ability to provide services that meet the requirements of its recipients and regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis.”
